Been up and down a bunch. Got back down to 191.2 at one point, then back up to 200, then back down to 194, and now back up to 199.6.

Quitting smoking tomorrow (just had my last one not too long ago). Re-printed my circuit workout and I'm going to do 30 min of cardio M-W-F and the circuit Tu-Th until I can handle the circuit 5 days a week.

I am sick of being chubby, out of shape, and continuing with my unhealthy habits. I used to be a starting varsity soccer player, a long distance runner on the track team, and a bench player in basketball (talent was never there... lol).

More greens, less reds.

Going to try to cut down the red meat servings to 2-3 MAX per week and eat more fresh salads and leaner meats (chicken, pork, fish, turkey)

I'm gonna do it this time, enough is enough.
89,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
