Just got back from vacation. I have to say this is the first time I have ever lost weight on vacation. I didn't drink a single beer, and kept the few mixed drinks I had to a minimum. On the other hand, it was an all inclusive resort so I feasted on tons of protein and fresh veggies. All in all very good.
