Down another 4 lbs, and once again it's due to cutting back on the size of my servings, and the number of snacks. I'll take the loss of weight any way I can get it. :-)
152,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 16,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.
Calando 1,6 kg a Settimana

you are doing fine... taking one step at a time is the best way to go! only take the next step when you are ready to commit to that!

I'm back after taking months off and gaining most of all the weight back. Going to do it for keeps this time,tired of the yoyo. Keep up the good work.

Hi Buffy; good to see you. No, I won't; I'm taking a break from it, to make some money, so I can go back again in the Winter, and Spring semesters. However, I've only got two more classes to take, so it will only be part-time. The hard part is over. :-D
