Crazy, I felt I was losing weight to fast so I added some carbs back into my diet and my weight shot up 5lbs in a couple of days. Perhaps I went to long with very low carbs. My strength and endurance improved at the gym as well.
81,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
