This isnt the end buddies, just the beginning. I am very happy on this day though. I originaly set my sights on July to be at this weight, so from here it is about the fitness. I still have some yummy flab-ola around the middle, and I am going to keep working at it. The mantra:
THis is not a diet, This is a new way of life.
