HI TO Everyone - who might have missed me in the last month
I am maintaining always under 145 pounds and staying the course and keeping on track ...
It is difficult to get that last 8 - 7 - 6 pounds off ...
All month of June ... all under 145 though - up and down and all around.
BUT - I have included 'exercise' in my daily schedule of doing F all nothing.
I am eating constantly - but portioned and every bite is counted and logged ...
I intake anywhere from 1100 to 1500 - still well under my Calorie Out -
lots of of daily deficit - I am trying to lose muscle mass -
turn the muscle to flab and then drop some flab and form leaner muscles.
and I am still walking - I feel healthy and good ...
eating much better food choices - I feel summer "good".

Actually attempting different "recipes" - as in 'cooking'
I am heading down to sit by the Ocean - for my lunch today ...
It is beautiful and sunny.

I dropped a quarter of an inch on the hips
I dropped a half an inch from the waist
I dropped a half an inch from the bust
I dropped an entire inch from the underbust or around the back.
I feel good and I appear - "almost slim" - It is a real thinker!!!
I look good in my clothes and I feel good and I have been feeling myself ..
(well - not all of the time!!!)
65,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 29,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: 100%.
