Took me a while thus time, I had some days where I struggled to keep myself at 1500 calories. Going to try to make sure that my next weight drop won't take as long as this one did.

I bought some protein powder from ASDA that was very expensive and it doesn't taste nice hahaha
I don't think I'm gonna buy any more of it but I was looking to see how I could increase my protein intake, I think I'll just stick to boiled eggs after the powder runs out 😅
75 kg Perso fino ad ora: 11 kg.    Rimanenti: 13 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
