Starving yourself will only work temporarily then u will stall because your body goes into survival mode. Same goes for super strict diets. Try just slowly eating a bit healthier. Slow and steady wins the race 🤞 I’m starting to realise that myself, every time i go hard core I gain it all back and then some. Patience is key 💜

Don’t go below 1200 calories 😬 it’ll do more harm than good

Please dont stress! Your weight will go up and down a bit, its the overall trend that matters. I weigh myself pretty much every time I go to the toilet, and my weight fluctuates half a kilo throughout a single day. Keep at it, this is just a blip.

omg why would someone bring such nastiness to this platform? Have a look at Mario's weight gain journey on his profile and you can see his opinion is worthless. What works for some won't for others, and you are the best judge of what works for you.

It's the environment we need to change, learn to says no to the inviting food that's bad for you

Think of your journey as a lifestyle change, not a diet, change your outlook on 'dieting' and look at the long term benefits. Look at my chart it goes up and down but now I've persevered I've broken the pattern and my weight is going down gradually but I'm not yo-yoing anymore. I don't count calories as that only makes my brain think it's hungry, I fast for 12 to 14 hours overnight and only eat when I'm hungry and stop as soon as I start feeling full, listen to your body and do what works for you. Good luck x

I've lost 42kg since Australia Day. Not by any strict diet or excessive exercising. I started with a dietician and the best advice I took from her was "it's the type of food, not the amount of food". My dietician wanted me around 2200 calories per day but I've tried to stay around 1500-1800 per day, upped my steps to over 10,000 per day and I've been steadily losing the kg's. And if you have a bad day just reset the next day. My biggest thing was stay off the scales...they stress you out when they're aren't heading in the right direction. Good luck and keep your chin up mate....you've got this
