This is one hell of a roller coaster ride. weight is back up even though I didn't think it was that bad of a month. body fat jumped to 18.9%, I found that hard to believe since my pants are still getting looser by the week. I turn the big 4 - 0 at the end of next month, do I set a 185 goal by then.
