I am having the hardest time. Just when I think I got it under control, I go back up. I was told a couple months ago that I was diagnosed as a diabetic in the beginning if this year..but I thought they said I was just prediabetic..so I stopped taking metformin..I went back on it when they told me yes you need to take meds .and in the beginning I started to lose weight..but now Im gaining again. I know I'm not eating right so I need to change my habits. 😩
