I may or might or should reach under 140 by tomorrow morning ... I should leave the 140 pound zone by tomorrow morning !!!
I tried everything else to get the body to use the energy ... I tried everything then I had a memory -- of "Pain the the ---" --- NO nOT HIM ... THAT OTHER GUY ... APNG OR AGNP --- Whatever !!!! I remember him and his cherry donut sausage pattie burger telling other FS members ... "INCREASE YOUR CALORIE INTAKE" and I thought ... "I wonder if that would work?" and ... I did just that about 3 days ago .. and OMG - it does work!!! I CAN LEARN.
All joking aside ... I studied different things pretty intently... it is hard to use up only 5 pounds of stored energy ... it cannot be done with a low caloric intake after a year of caloric deficit ... it does not work ... I tried everything - I tried jumping up and down - everything! The body slows down the metabolism refusing to use the stored energy - If you try to go down to 1,200 or 1,100 it just maintains forever - in maintenance.
The body is a professional at maintaining fat stores...to avoid dying during a famine. A long term daily calorie deficit - like one year - usually equals "famine" so in order to convince the body ... "Hey no food shortage here - this not a famine" you require more caloric intake even if the caloric intake only covers your Basic Metabolic Rate ... needed for your circulatory and digestive processes. Nothing else worked --- but this is working !!! No famine here - lots and lots of food.
