went a little over my calorie count, but not to worry not bad, I had my usual tuna and mayo on low gi brow seeded toast with Cucumber (497cal) 2 slices
and dinner I made a veg curry with some Roti and then had a left over tuna and mayo with Cucumber on my last roti with came up to (1035cal) so only (32cal ) over . all in all a good day!
I feel energetic and sleeping better 😴
