getting there real slow, I've hit a sort of plateu 🙈 even though I am very strict. if anyone has so advice on my stubborn fat feel free to let me know 🙏🤗

Here's what worked for me this far: 1400kcal a day (this is for my weight and height and a sedentary lifestyle) I track everything I eat or drink except water although I do track water to make sure I do a minimum of 2l every day. Enough sleep 7 to 8. Full stop. Swopped out white rice/pasta/bread etc for healthier alternatives like a seeded loaf and or more veggies instead. I aim for 10k steps a day and 30 min of getting my heart rate up, usually taking a walk with the family.

Thank you so much ! I am currently on 1500 calories per day and have changed all my products, I just need to concentrate on drinking more water and walking more
