Started up again on Monday. Keeping track of every morsel; printing out a copy of a spreadsheet I'm keeping to take home from work and keep up with. I've gained back 7 pounds and that cannot go on. Fall is the worse time for me, to maintain, (love food!), but going to try hard before we get to the holidays.
