So happy about this drop. After 3 babies in the last 5 years, I’m finally ready to take my health back so I can be a healthy mommy for my babies. Not too restrictive with calories because I’m breastfeeding my 4 month old… Reducing portions and less carbs seem to be doing it and gym 3 times a week
