I'm back. I just checked my last weight in and it was on July 14th, 1 day before the closing of my house and I did not return to my diet ever again after. My life has been a hamster's wheel since we closed on the house. Multiple meetings for estimates for the renovation of the property, then the actual renovation, countless trips to home depot, the actual move and now unpacking and finally organizing the house. It's been a mission and I'm pleased with the results but my body is really mad at me know because I have neglected it for so long. So, time to leave chaotic behind and back to focusing on healthy.
