Really need to track and exercise 😬 i swueezing myself into my clothes and feel awful with the extra weight.

Any tips to stay on track would be greatly reveived
71,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,6 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,5 kg a Settimana
