Yipee!! I hit 185.4 this morning. I am so excited I have to almost nail my feet to the ground. It is finally a reality that if I eat well and leave the junk food alone my body will let go and weight will come off. The most glorious thing is how good I feel and how much more I can do. I am going to relax a bit and look at the sides of the mountain as my daughter always says. I really do not know how much more I will lose it is up to my body. For now I relish this moment. Thank you all for your encouragement and I am not going anywhere. I need you all to keep me on track and to help me with my stinking thinking. Have a great Sunday. Talk to you later.
