Weight down a bit, BF up a bit. Once again, both probably attributable to hydration.
Yesterday was arms/shoulders on my new routine. Once again, it felt pretty good - like I was getting the slower, more intense workout on these muscle groups that I was aiming for, and which P90X didn't quite provide.
Really can't wait to see if there are any size or strength gains over the next few weeks - although if I want size gains, I'll have to get over the fear of bulking up a little, and just do a cut somewhere down the road...
