I lost almost the 2 lbs. I had gained when I started high fat/low protein. I am not really doing too low protein as I have noted this in my daily food dairy. I feel much better and safer. I was so concerned about this low high experiment.
To tell the truth I probably was eating this much fat the last time I was on Atkins in 2002.
Vegetables is the only thing I am having trouble adding to my diet.
