Didn’t stick to my diet plan this week so a bit disappointed
83 kg Perso fino ad ora: 26,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I won’t it’s going well my weight has dropped every week since I’ve been back and I know where the errors were made so it can be fixed thanks for your kind words though 👍

I did put on about 13kg I think because I stopped tracking my food but I’m here to remedy that and I have lost about 6kg of that so I’m getting there How are you doing?

I just started eating the food stuff lol. I'm all good. Started a new job, so I'm hoping the change in lifestyle will help
