I won’t it’s going well my weight has dropped every week since I’ve been back and I know where the errors were made so it can be fixed thanks for your kind words though 👍

I did put on about 13kg I think because I stopped tracking my food but I’m here to remedy that and I have lost about 6kg of that so I’m getting there
