Does anyone else’s scale play games with them?
Reading #1 was in the 79s 🤩 I couldn’t believe it so I took another!
Reading #2 & 3 was 81.1kg 😒 I should’ve quit while I was ahead…

Try use a different scale and make sure you weigh the same time everyday. Also remember if you eat a bit more or less on a specific day, the scale will change. Look for overall weight averages over time instead of only comparing one or two days.
