Just a small drop today after an unrecorded gain from yesterday. I got my covid booster on the weekend so I didn't go to the gym and kind of took it easy Sunday and Monday. Working on an at home workout the rest of the week: the Let's Get Up workout by Shaun T. It's so vibrant and full of energy and positivity, I love it so much.
