I got sick a few weeks ago and was given prednisone. Taking that along with feeling really badly, I totally blew my diet and ate lots of things I shouldn't. That and water weight I went back up to 170! Finally feeling better though not 100% yet, but I have been back to low carb for a week now and I am almost back to my lowest weight. Really happy to see 164 this morning!
