Super happy with what the scales say this morning! After last week of staying the same and that being after a week of really sticking to keto while on holiday in Dubai for a week, I'm thrilled! You know what is the best thing though? More than the scales? I can totally FEEL the shape change in my body & FEEL so much better these days 😎💪🏼🎉😍
