Trying to get myself back on track after a year of struggling with depression. My WOE has been all over and I havent been going to the gym steady. Ive recently switched to a different gym that has more availability and so far so good. Ive been sick for the past week so I havent been this week yet, but as soon as I can stop coughing Ill be back.

Welcome back MBD! Depression is no joke! Have you gotten on a medication that controls it now? I've been on anti-depressants for 30 years. Without them, I am not a nice person.
