Good day all! The scale is being naughty ... still 198 lbs :) It's all good because I've been here before. The scale gets stuck and then it moves as long as you are consistent. I hope you all have a good day.

89,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,8 kg. Rimanenti: 19,5 kg. Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

When the scale doesn't budge & I *know* I've stayed on plan I grab my tape measure to see what changes I've made there. :) But you know what you're doing & you are doing it good :)
