Not entirely sure why I went up, but oh well.

Just gotta keep on trucking.

Started "SimpleFit" to simplify my workout routine, and allow me to watch the news in the morning while I work out. P90X was great, but I didn't like having to watch the videos every day.

Since SimpleFit is a MWF routine, I do cardio on Tuesdays and yoga on Thursdays with some cycling thrown in here and there.

EDIT: Yes, I did quit Insanity, maybe some other time, but not now. Went back to a strength training routine.
