Omg i could just cry. I have been terrible for months and it shows. Feel so big and uncomfortable in my skin. non of my clothes fit and everything jiggles when i walk. This is not normal. I went for a run this morning which made me feel a bit better. Cutting out carbs for a while as they are the devil and guna do some squats and stretching tomorrow morning.
