Been pretty active lately but very tired due to poor sleep I think, not sure.. went for an hr walk and walked up the big hill had major anxiety but pushed through it want to go that route every day to get use to it and lose weight, been taking supplements, eating fruit and shakes and small portions, sometimes have junk food but very rarely maybe once a day and cut down on sugar a lot, have 1 or 2 beers here and there not every day.
