Finally lost the first 25lbs!! I’m almost half way to my goal weight but more than that this is about being healthy and living a long life for my kids and husband. I haven’t felt this good mentally in a long time. It’s amazing how taking care of yourself physically can change you for the better mentally. I’m feeling empowered.
