Today's loss is following another 2 consecutive days with less than an 8 hour eating window (7.5 and 6.5) 💪 I did have a cuppa on both days that fell outside that window... thought I'd give it a shot because that was my biggest hurdle to successful (and happy) intermittent fasting... I'm really NOT a fun person without my morning coffee 😬 (and thanks for the tips TDX00, but black coffee was not cutting it for me mate 🤣)
