That’s what the scale said! Ok looks like I’m going in to Xmas day ready for hibernation. I have been eating a lot of fruit lately so maybe drop it back to 1 to 2 pieces of fruit a day. These fluctuations helps to fine tune my eating.
96,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 13,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 6,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Yes so like for the last couple of days I’ve finished on 1800 calories and yesterday same too my RDI is 2400, so we’ll under and we all know that RDI is too high which is why I aim for less. My main staple has been 100g of porridge which is 2 serves and a banana and then I taper down from that avoiding too much carbs before bed. My first meal is usually about lunchtime and then fruit here and there with dinner about 8ish. I’ll see what I can do
