Not much, but at least it's something! Given that during this interval my sleep has continued to be terrible / limited and my exercise has been far less frequent than I'd like, I can live with this. 🙏
Diet-wise, I'm diligently tracking calories and paying attention to not over-eat but haven't made significant changes otherwise. Really hoping I won't have to do anything drastic because I also know that's something I'd probably give up on quick! Slow and steady is good enough. 🐢
Got labs from wellness visit yesterday and nothing abnormal (thankfully), but also means this is 💯 lifestyle now.
