A little gain over the holidays but that's okay. This year my goal is to complete a marathon. Ideally, I need to lose around 20kg to be at my most efficient running weight. For the first time in my life I am looking at the new year with a realistic plan of how to change my lifestyle instead of restrictive eating regimes. I am excited for what this year hold and I am confident that this new way of weight management will make a lasting change 🎉🎊
