Never thought of of automating my stuff that might be a good idea. Like I have said, I am good with the weight I'm at my original goal was 195 which I achieved when I hit 190 I thought well hell I'll change it to 185 and now I know I am stil exercising the same and eating a bit more but I am comfortable where I am.
