I have been wondering if Frank was on vacation. Every morning for the past three days I have weighed the same. 182.2. Now I am not complaining at all to me it just seems odd. But my daughter weighs on the same scale and her weight changes. It shatters one of my beliefs that you cannot weigh the same day after day. I am getting ready to spend a couple of day at the Fair. I am looking forward to it and will not be taking my computer so we will catch up on Sunday afternoon. I am feeling good about myself but not overly confident. Yesterday afternoon our office had a staff meeting at the lake and there was finger food. I had a little and then after awhile found myself wanting to just graze. That is when I excused myself and got the heck out of Dodge. I guess you could say it is progress that I recognized what was happening and removed myself for temptation. I have mixed feelings about that. In one way I am proud of myself and on the other hand I wonder if I will ever be able to be around a bevy of food and just say no. Who knows. Will I must finish packing and get ready to leave for work. Have a successful Day.
