While I don't normally change my daily weigh in after some system movement I jumped on the scale just before having a shower and got my more normal weight. so figured why not update :-)
decided to have a Sunday treat today and made some low carb pancakes. .. bit more calories than I'd typically eat in one meal but will keep the rest of the week extra clean.
