Chunk, chunk, chunkin' away ... About six months ago I think it was that I wrote about starting to dig into the layers of fat that had been comfortably bedded in on my body for 15 - 20 years, well I reckon that I'm now at around the 30 year layers, and it is not letting go easily either 😬
