Wake up call day. I gotta buckle down. Hoping some of the gain is from not drinking enough water over the weekend but had salty meals Saturday and Sunday. It is cold today so I haven't been walking. I have leftovers from Hibachi so I will eat them in moderation and get back to it. Wayne headed out this morning for most likely a 2 week run. Easier to diet when he is on the road though.
Aunt Cyn's funeral was yesterday. Mom did a good job with arrangements and we said our goodbyes. Still can't believe she is gone.
