My clothes are already fitting differently. I can't believe how fast it's coming off. I know some of it is water loss, but I can really tell the difference. It helps that I am quite overweight and I work a physical job. (locomotive mechanic). I burn a lot of fat that way. After an initial drop in energy levels and some sore muscles, I'm feeling much better now!

I lost a straight stone in my first week, that is fourteen pounds, and it stayed off. Keep it up and you will see wonders...
