Upset with my gain but trying to do better everyday. Will be starting to incorporate swimming and some chair exercise since I’m limited with workouts right now. Will be prepping my meals again for myself and husband. Not gonna let this gain upset or get me down. Just being countable and staying consistent with my better choices.
