@3kids2 ~ Which movies did you binge if you don't mind sharing? I'm about to watch "TULIP Fever' ..& no have no idea what's that all 'bout? lol 

@Matt - I have no idea what Tulip fever is - lol! Best of luck with that! I am binging on series not so much movies! Oh, but I AM binging on food! December was not great and January has been hell! I {think} I am back on track now. Did a 47 hour fast this week and kept my cals to under 1500 yesterday.... but today is a lasagna tasting at work...... hmmm. I could have a problem there! Let me know if Tulip fever is worth a look! Have a great day!!

@Matt and @Maguscanuck: I actually did well. Two tiny pieces of lasagna to taste. A small piece of pizza. And only a garlic knot for dinner. (I had to count 2 because it was gigantic! I had some popcorn and nature valley protein bars at work for a snack. Still under cals for today........ at the expense of the macros! Whew- huge carb day.... low protein! I'll do better tomorrow. I got suckered into this taste test today!
