Wooooo 🎉 I was expecting a drop because I had a massive calorie deficit yesterday (trying to reset my body after that binge weekend lol) but since I had to skip my treadmill or any workouts cause of ✨teething✨ I wasn’t expecting more than a few points! Stoked to be on track again and feeling like I’m in a better place to continue in a healthy way!
