It is Thursday and I have a busy day. Manicure at 2:30 pm and hair appt. at 4 pm. In between that work. Must get beautiful for my vacation you know. I had a weird day yesterday. All I wanted to do was eat all afternoon. Now grant you I made good choices like a protein bar, but it bothered me that I felt this compulsion. I thought I was over that and it scared me to feel out of control. I guess we never arrive and this is something I must learn to deal with. I still would like to lose another ten pounds before maintaining but we will have to wait and see what my body wants to do.
