Dehydrated after humid Parkrun, only 1 cup of tea prior.
New Year's resolution is Parkrun every week and gradual return to exercise of 1 year ago, before glute medius tendinopathy. May manage Noosa Tri this year if all goes well. Carrying too much butt lard for a tri so have changed goal weight, I hope it's not too much, don't want to end up looking too skinny.
