Haven't logged much since I started on this journey to change my eating habits. I started 11/30/2022. I've lost a little over 45 lbs. and loving it! Simply trying to eat 5 or 6 meals a day at 300 calories each meal including keeping carbs at 50% plus, protein at 20% plus and fat at 20 - 25 %. Quite an adjustment but it's really working. I'm not ravished with hunger all day and grazing after supper!
