My first week was not bad at all; I didn't have the hunger and cravings that I normally have because I was diligent about what kind of food I ate. Two stress days from irritating bureaucratic junk... technology!!!! I swear that it is more stressful working with that than anything else in life, but I didn't turn to food to ease the stress. I want to go back to paper and coin money and checkbooks! Life was simpler then. Happy that I've lost some weight, it's a very good feeling.
