This happens to us all. Give yourself some grace and make a workable plan. Weight does fluctuate, so going with a weekly average can help to keep the daily emotional rollercoaster at bay. Hope this helps :-)

LivinBreezy thank you for the encouragement. 💕 After taking on the responsibility of being a caretaker for my mother in law (she lives with us) I just completely let myself go. So has my husband but he'll never admit it lol! I haven't stopped exercising, I just completely stopped watching what I eat. Worst mistake ever! Especially at my age.

Keeping up with exercising is a big win! Do you have an idea of a plan yet. Not drastic, but something you can work into your life with your family...

I am going to start small and just track cals and try not to go above 1900. My issue is that I beat myself up and then go balls to the wall and it works temporarily and then I crash. I need a sustainable plan for sure.

I'm also an 'all in' 'full steam ahead' type A. Had to learn little changes every day are the ones that add up to the big changes and are sustainable. I make a meal/food plan for the week. Make up some meals (the basics) ahead and it works. Never be too rigid and don't beat myself up. Re-evaluate end of the week. Hope that helps :-)

Sounds like you're on the right track. A lot of adjustments at home, don't forget to take care of yourself.
