Diario di Bendywva, 14 mar 23

I had company over the weekend so I mostly skipped the counting calories and doing the diary. I had cheesecake! it was delicious. I really wish I didn't like rich foods, but I do. I love food! My mother was/is an awesome cook and I was an active outdoor kid who never had any issues with weight gain. I didn't have any issues at all until after my second child was born and even then it wasn't a lot. My serious gain happened after I broke my pelvis and my knee six months apart. I wasn't active while I was recuperating, but I still liked food. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm sad. I eat when I'm mad. I definitely needed to change what I was eating and I still need to find new ways to be active .
I'm back on track with my diet today.
